The Secretary of State for Transport has published proposals for the A1 Trunk Road - Elkesley Junctions Improvement scheme. They are contained within the draft orders published in October 2009 under the Highways Act 1980 and the Acquisition of Land Act 1981. This website contains details of the Public Inquiry which is to be held in connection with objectors received to the draft order.
